Accountable

For us accountability is much more than just following a BRD and calling it done. In many cases today that is what we see happing with our competition and it’s disturbing. For example, many company PMO's use cookie cutter BRD's, the client trusting them thinking that they are the experts will go along with this and approve the BRD to build it. In the end the client will be forced to except a product that may not even work or performs below standards because the budget was exhausted. We will never be a part of a broken process such as this because it’s about taking accountability to deliver a product that not only works, but makes our customers pleased and future return customers.
